Session Fees
We believe in transparent pricing to help you plan your healing journey with clarity. Below is an overview of our session rates and service fees.
Online sessions are the same price as in person fees.

No GP referral or Mental Health Treatment Plan required.
Fees are comparable to out of pocket fees to see a psychologist.
Fees, Cancellation & No Show Policy
Upfront payment is required before your session by direct deposit. 24 hours’ notice of cancellation or rescheduling is required so that we can offer your appointment time to someone else. If you give us 24 hours or more notice of cancellation, we will refund you the full amount or you can reschedule and payment received will be allocated to the new session time. If 24 hours’ notice of cancellation or rescheduling is not provided to us, you are a no show to your appointment, or you do not attend your rescheduled appointment time, refunds will be not provided. If you cannot attend your appointment due to illness or injury, a medical certificate must be provided for a refund to be considered. If the counsellor cannot conduct the session for any reason, a full refund will be offered or you can transfer your upfront payment to a new appointment time. Completed counselling sessions are non-refundable.
