Session Fees

I recommend a 90 minute session for your first appointment, although we can also do 60 minutes. 

A longer appointment allows more time to hear your story and to assess your needs.

No GP referral or Mental Health Treatment Plan required.

Fees are comparable to out of pocket fees to see a psychologist.

Fees, Cancellation & No Show Policy
Upfront payment is required before your session by direct deposit.  24 hours’ notice of cancellation or rescheduling is required so that we can offer your appointment time to someone else. If you give us 24 hours or more notice of cancellation, we will refund you the full amount or you can reschedule and payment received will be allocated to the new session time.  If 24 hours’ notice of cancellation or rescheduling is not provided to us, you are a no show to your appointment, or you do not attend your rescheduled appointment time, refunds will be not provided.  If you cannot attend your appointment due to illness or injury, a medical certificate must be provided for a refund to be considered

on a case-by-case basis.
